Lol @ the Vanilla Coke jersey.
The whole thing of the Dolphins has been an absolute shambles. From no geographical name, to the logo, to the failed recruitment drive, to the now awful jersey colours and design.
I actually like it... its simple and 100x better than the titans or storms first jerseys... i love the fact that its mostly red and gold, than red and white of redcliffe... this to me is great... not sure what people expected another V stripe or butcher strip jersey?First jersey. Pretty underwhelming. There's been some much better fan designs than this.

What a load of rubbish. There recruitment, from what was available is not too bad. Far better then the likes of Newcastle, Warriors or Wests, who will all come in below Redcliffe. The whole thing of the Dolphins has been an absolute shambles. its a shocker lol
god this sport is just wow...
"Walsh joins a long list of players to have rejected the Dolphins, including Brandon Smith, Kalyn Ponga, Harry Grant, Selwyn Cobbo, Jahrome Hughes, Tino Fa’asuamaleaui, Herbie Farnworth, Reed Mahoney and Ryan Matterson." They're clinging to Munster for 2024, but would he risk dipping his stock? What a load of rubbish. There recruitment, from what was available is not too bad. Its not cream tho.. just has that look as a pic..I quite like the 2023 jersey, and I have ordered it with one of most things available.
I am assured that a lot of due diligence went in to the jersey and ensuring a nod to the proud history of our club and a tip of the cap to the region. Perhaps more detail will be shared on that in time. I am hoping we get an away strip that is either predominantly white or black. The 'Women in League' round (pink, cream and white) will look quite good too.
The job of a marketing team is a tough one, and it will not please all.

When you see it first hand its very gold looking, as someone mentioned earlier today.. its the material that give is that shine, but doesn't translate on a picture too well... had a similar jersey carmel/gold for the panthers club 9s, its not really gold until is seen in person
Apparently then Kayln Ponga is not one of those 3-5 players... should stay in the hunter and wallow in the pub cubicle drinking his milkshakesMunster coming to our club in 2024 under Wayne Bennett is "dipping his stock"?
I believe Munster remains the number on priority for the club and I am excited by the club's long term strategic approach to our junior development which will mirror that of the Panthers where the club I am told has copied the blueprint of the Panthers. With our catchment area as far reaching as Central QLD in parts, I am told seven of the 2022 QLD Maroons come from teams within our junior catchment areas. Peter O'Sullivan is arguably the best at what he does in spotting talent, so whilst we will require a lot of patience in our early years - especially the playing group - I don't see someone like Cameron Munster coming to a new club as "dipping his stock". I see it as an opportunity to further enhance his career and play a key role in the success at another club like Cooper Cronk did when leaving Bellamy for the Roosters. Brett Kimmorley's stock only rose when joining Melbourne in '98. I am not saying that we will have the instant success like Melbourne, though we will hit the ground running on and off the field.
I might be biased, but if I am an established NRL player who is in the top three to five players in the world, taking on the challenge with Wayne Bennett in turning the Dolphins in to a premiership contender is an attractive proposition.
A slip at my end. It is 'gold' officially. Its not cream tho.. just has that look as a pic..

I respectfully disagree, but to each their own. I like the contrast of red white and gold. A 49ers feel to it which is an historic kit in the USA.First jersey. Pretty underwhelming. There's been some much better fan designs than this.
