To be fair, the former smark in me remembers that they changed Carlito into the cool and charismatic Puerto Rican into just a Puerto Rican babyface and nobody really bought it.

2006 was a fairly bad time for the E though. I recall at least 50% of a normal Monday Night Raw would be based on Degeneration X who really had nothing to rebel against and mostly feuded with Vince for about 5 long and miserable months before setting their sights on burying Edge and Orton in the one go.

We all know it is a joke though and the top stars on the roids will never show a positive test.

Well we all know the Wellness policy is a crock anyway. It was just a knee jerk reaction to the deaths of Eddie Gurerro and Chris Benoit. It's always a mid carder or some other lesser known getting made examples of. My opinion of that wont change until such time as a triple H or Batista or some other headliner gets it.
