Wow. Ok, that provides some context...

What types of evil exactly do you think can be done through the virtues of respect and tolerance?

And do you then believe that the "answer" is a lack of respect and tolerance (which again would provide some context to all of your reactive ranting on here)?
Well here's a simple exercise. Think of your lack of respect and tolerance for "the Christians" and I'm sure you'll agree it's suddenly not a problem.

Learn some introspection ffs

Do you really? Yet a significant number of reactions to my posts are from you, when they aren't replies to your posts. You try far too hard to pretend you don't care. You'd be less cringe if you were at least honest.
If they're on the current/latest page of a thread I open, I'll react - and also if they're in the middle of a bunch of posts I'm replying to then I'll see them and react.

But outside of that they're usually in the TL:DR category. And I do think (after reading the contributions I have over the last year or two on here) I've got your ticket so to speak, so the care factor now is indeed minimal.

Gary beat you to that by about 7 pages. As stated, I own my views toward organisaed religion.

Learn about nuances and differences, instead of always attempting (and failing) to equate apples and oranges ffs.

Because your reply to which side of the (internal christian) argument in th elinked article/event was the more tolerant one was literally "Why tolerate things you think are harmful? Why respect things you think don't deserve respect?"

If that doesn't indicate support for less tolerant side's actions in throwing grey paint, then I don't know what your waffle in response was attempting to indicate. Stop flip-flopping and say what you actually believe or mean, merkin!

Ftw

My argument got condemned before I actually put it. So there’s less actual discussion here than there is intolerance.

Not even the facts get a run here.

Sad.

I've been in a paddy wagon once as well. Well twice actually.

I've been in the back of a paddy wagon once.

I'd been at the Brooklyn Hotel (pub) in George st one night, watching a band. A hard rock cover band. Played stuff like the Stones, Led Zep, George Thorughgood, Black Sabbath, Deep Purple etc.... They were quite good and we used to go and see them there fortnightly or so. I was 17 at the time.
The gig finished at midnight.
Myself and a couple of my Eels supporting mates were mingling on the footpath outside the pub afterwards with the leaving crowd.
A paddy wagon turns up, 2 cops get out and put myself and my two mates in the back of the wagon. Forcefully and no questions asked. Other people started protesting saying that we hadn't done anything wrong and the cops just told them all to back off and they were taking us away. They said that they had received reports of bad behavior on our part. There was a bit of argy bargy.

Anyhow, one of the cops I knew, who was a constable working at The Rocks police station at the time. The other was his Sargeant. We had pre-arranged for them to pick us up and give us a lift out to the SCG to queue up outside the ground ahead of the following days 1981 Parra vs Newtown Grand Final. My mates and I had GA tickets and it was a free for all on the old SCG Hill when the gates opened to get the best spots. Hence why we queued up overnight for 9 or so hours. It was the done thing those days. By the time the gates opened, the queue went back to Anzac Parade.

True story.

Again gender does not equal (insert the maths symbol here) genetics or biology.
No of course not, which is a significant part of why gender is irrelevant.
Are you blissfully unaware of how the sexes are societally constructed and influenced etc? Back to some sociology 101 for you.
I'm very aware of where gender has come from, and why it's suddenly a whole new category for the division of people. A better term than 'socially constructed' is 'socially engineered'. Divide, conquer and sell more stuff.

In your heart of hearts even you don’t believe that, Bart.

There’s always been enough room on the spectrum of ‘male’ and ‘female’ for merkins to play in (including plenty of crossover between the two). We even recognise the very small percentage that are intersex.

Bartman quoted the Cure, but when Robert Smith was singing ‘Boys don’t cry’ he was exploring the vulnerable feminine side of men. There was no suggestion that there are 84 other genders at play.

Exactly, and are 84 genders even enough? There's over 8 billion people on the planet right now ffs. Surely our gender experiences are all unique. And if not, how could any merkin possibly know?

I am all for the gay stuff and people doing exactly as they please.

Children exposed to the over sexualisation of society (gay, straight, kink etc) is not on.

Unfortunately certain people/groups within the community use pride week and LGBTQI umbrella for their ulterior motives. Whether it is the nauseating virtue signalling rubbish or something more sinister.

*Edit*

Little did the cops know, (and neither did I) that one of my mates had a small plastic bag of the green stuff in his pocket.
We got to Moore Park, smoked a few joints under a Mortan Bay Fig beside Kippax Lake and giggled like school girls for a couple of hours before we then joined the queue.
Lucky they didn't bring the sniffer dogs with them that night. :)

My one and only ever time in my life I partook in illicit drugs.
Yes, I am a straighty 180.

We were all on alert after your bullshit about crocodiles.

No chance, my croc points are still valid.

He shouldn’t have been put to death because he posed an inconvenience to people invading his habitat.

At worst I maintain that he should have been re-located.

I’m still on my feet with that one.

Pou decides someone doesn’t have a point before actually reading it.

That’s the most intolerant position available and as closed-minded as it gets.

I’m more disappointed than angry tbh.
