Game Over were around in the late 90's. The lead singer, Adam Linden, is one of my good friends from the old high school days.

He just posted this on Facebook -

Wasn't he pretty sick at some stage? Or was that another band member?

I think it was another band member after he left, something about an arm problem.

We had our 20 year high school reunion a few months back and that was the first time I've seen him in years. He has certainly lived an interesting life since his Game Over days, busking his way around the world, living in a mud hut in Israel, etc.. He is a school teacher now and loves it.

Great dude. We used to do a radio show called "Metal Phlegm" together, playing Iron Maiden, Anthrax, Megadeth and all the rest of it.

Saw The Living End play The Living End last night, what a f**kin top album that one is.

Also Area 7 as the supports was a nostalgia trip, saw those two bands together in 2001 at the Roundhouse when I was 11

I'm going to the first self titled show tomorrow night with my friends from Ukraine who flew in just to do the retrospective tour.

Picking them up tonight as they've just spent the weekend in Adelaide. This is the first tome I'm ever going to meet them for the eight years we have been friends. I just want the day to be over at work! So amped. Have the first album blaring on the earphones. Those first two TLE albums are brilliant albums!
