While I am not your sister, I also think Hellsy spoke about this in the Join the Football Club Thread, someone asked for 100 forms to be given out, for tomorrow, yet Hellsy reminded them that all forms require 2 original signatures to be accepted.
Is Hellsy the only person who can sign someone up?

I don't think the rally is a good opportunity to sign people up to be honest.

I'm not sure that people choosing to attend the rally will be the people most likely to have thought through what they want for the future of the club enough to be ready to fill in forms, pay $25 for three years in a row and wait the time to become voting members.

I agree that the club - not the people on this forum - should be doing more to promote the various types of memberships (FC, LC, STH, B&GA, RegE etc) that are available to fans and supporters. But I'm not sure the rally is attracting anyone that has thought things through more than an "oust Fitzy and everything will be automatically fine" mentality?

Barty I usually agree with alot of what you say but I can't quite understand your thinking on this one. How do you know they are not likely to think through what they want for the club? Maybe the rally will be a way to get them thinking? If they hear something that doesn't make sense than maybe they will be ready to hear something that does "make sense".

What do you mean by "the club" should be doing more? Do you mean the Football Club? The Leagues Club? The NRL Club? Why would they want that?
Too many questions

If it is a numbers game -why not these people?

I can just imagine MITS, fishy, stagger and a few others all lurking down in the carpark......

Stagger is currently on his third 19 hour shift and doesn't give a f**k about anyone or anything...anymore.

just thought I'd clear that up :(

one of those would've been Massoud too

maybe he'll have to rent a crowd so as he has a pic for his story

i presume he'll be doing one on it after his get rid of Fitzy campaign

clarification..

Marshal did tell me that there was actually about 25 turn up, they were all addressed by Ovo, who may of asked the group a question and apparently only 4 people put their hand up.

the group then proceeded to the leagues club for a drink..believe or not.

I just got back home from the rally, there were not many people, but all of the guys who have turned up all had the same theme ... at least Alan Overton came down and had a good chat with us all.

I can now see why so many people respect this guy, he takes the time to listen and also he takes the time to show how much the club means to him.

the 14th december will be interesting .....
