Actually. why isn't this thread also directed at the coaches of the Tigers, Panthers, Saints and Cowboys. Their rosters are vastly superior and they are hardly setting the ladder on fire, not that it matters as Sticky is an easy target.

Its nice in a way that some people reckon our squad is as talented as our 83 squad. Yet, I reckon if you made a composite side of this years Eels and Tigers squads, we'd supply only Hayne, Mannah, Fui and possibly either Morgan or Loko on the bench.

If only we had signed Bluey McLennan we'd be top 4. Sandow and Lussick should be playing Origin, and Roberts should have kept Marshall and Foran out of the Kiwi test side. I mean, we did so well with Kearney.........

As for the "attracting his ex players", when Bellyache was in the Dragons gunsights there was no noise of Smith, Cronk or Slater joining the Merge, even though they had decent $ to offer. Hasler attracted a few staffers, and Clueless 120kg flop - with bigger $ mind you. Bennett of course came with his crying love child - a bit like rooting the hot blond MILF and being interrupted with "Mummy, I wet the bed again" during the vinegar stroke.
