The third origin game and the Melbourne game. That`s two games in two years. That`s pretty good. Let`s re-sign him!

To be fair, none of us know what influence he actually is having, and whether it's good or bad.

At the end of the day, if a player just isnt good enough, it doesnt matter how good the coachcing is....

Everyone seems to want to pay HaHa a billion dollars for a handful of good games in the last two years, so why not Joey?

Seriously, though...

I think it's become pretty obvious by now that no one wants Joey here anymore and that we're all salivating at the thought of Stu Galbraith coming back to the Club as our halves coach.

fair enough..

is it anymore insightful than changing our emblem to the RAM??

Pathetic defense of a silly statement Staggs. Deflect to different topic and hope to undermine opponents argument by trying to ridicule him on something that many others may also support, but has nothing to do with your own un-insightful statement. Massive fail.

personaly, pinpointing a weakness to a key player is insightful...but that's just me,

Yeah must be just you, cause what you said is as insightful as me saying the way to stop Fui Fui is to defend in numbers and to hope that he doesn't get a good fast play the ball and roll on to attack you from. Genius stuff.

the difference between Johns and other halfbacks was his ability to clock in his head what every players weakness was and playing towards it without a second thought. Not only was it kicking to the fullbacks weakness but in the line passing to the player who was hiting the weaker shoulder of a defender and doing it smoothly. Most viewers will say good line run, or great pass but the true genious in what plays out inside the head of Johns before the play happens and knowing what a defender will do, that is what you cant teach.

Another sports man who do it are Tenduca calling singles before hiting the ball, Ponting identified why Hussey has a blind spot by just looking at him batting in the nets, Coby will know he has hit a 3-pointer just how the ball comes out of his hands often turning and running before he has sunk the ball... this sort of stuff in unteachable, most NRL halfbacks will have similar skills but not all can playat the same level for a consistant amount of time in a game. Guys like Tim Smith, Rogers (knewy 5-8), Williams (souths ex-halfback) all are very skillfull and have shown it before but they have fallen down because of their inability to compete at the same level for sustain periods and then they are become scared to play footy because they are scared to make mistakes and it is all down hill from then onwards

You got nothing ha? No shame in that. I suppose we all say silly stuff that we know we can't logically defend and try to back out of or deflect towards another topic. Cool dude, I get it. Cheers. ;-)

Lets focus towards a better topic anyway Staggs, how about Parra today? Where did that type of form come from? Jeez, if we can sustain that type of intensity, then anything is possible. :)

Lets not forget Anderson inherited a side with a culture developed from a previous "super coach". It takes time to get a team to play to a certain style.
