That was one of the (limited) benefits of Clichy. He'd been at the club since he was sixteen and qualified as HG. Mind you, Gibbs and Traore do as well.
The majority of the Arsenal midfield would quality as HG - Fabregas, Ramsey, Wilshere, Walcott, Song and Denilson have all spend at least three years at the club between the ages of 15-21. Not forgetting guys in the reserves like Lansbury, Frimpong and Eastmond either.
