Valentine seems to be getting injured a lot during games.
He was holding his shoulder for a long time on Saturday, limped around a bit with a dodgy leg, then seemed to be ok.

He spent time on the wing in the Knights game too.

Is he ok?

I'd take that. And I would take Matai.

We missed the boat on that bloke, he is a true Sharks style centre.

On Holmes, his injuries are due to him still growing, he has put on a fair few cm in height and kilos and is still growing.

Once his growing pains ease, he will be sweet.

Likewise, the bombs haven't been in good places for him and other Qlders have been in better position, but his chase for the Mamo try seemed half hearted and there was a Qld 5th inside the Nsw 10m, he wasn't looking to create or support, just standing back behind the line with zero involvement.
