I didn't want to put this anywhere that would stuff up dedicated threads.
I just wanted to encourage everyone to be on the lookout for loved ones, friends who could be doing it tough mentally even if they are not showing symptoms of depression.
Recently I have had a loved one who came close to ending his life but was saved by the love of his little girl.
It should not have come to this and I should have seen this coming.
Sometimes we get bogged down by our own problems that we don't see past or through the smoke.
If your having issues with emotions for gods sake please talk to someone.
