I can't see the sense in cooking it that way, there are no juices, the flavour seems to be reduced as a result and really, you may as well be trying to eat a leather boot.
Each to their own though.
Cooking steak on a bbq grill is the way to go, cooked for a short time so it's red and leaking bloody juices on the inside while having the slightly tangy chared taste on the outside.
Done with nice meat it is awesome...
