It looks rarer than it was tbh, it was pretty much just on the rare side of medium.

That meat looked pretty good to me baz. Cannot have it cooked anymore than medium rare.

I can't see the sense in cooking it that way, there are no juices, the flavour seems to be reduced as a result and really, you may as well be trying to eat a leather boot.

Each to their own though.

Cooking steak on a bbq grill is the way to go, cooked for a short time so it's red and leaking bloody juices on the inside while having the slightly tangy chared taste on the outside.

Done with nice meat it is awesome...

I like mine medium, whereas my father in law might as well eat it of the cow. I'm pretty sure I have heard something moo when he cuts into it.

can also be chockers with bacteria if is still red in the middle
