I am legend wasn't a bad movie, Will Smith was excellent in it. I cried when the dog died

I agree. Should never have used the title of Matheson's classic as the title of the movie if they were going to change the story. They missed the whole point of the book.

Apart from the abuse of CGI and waiting for the female character to be revealed as a mutated vampire (which didn't happen because they changed the storyline), the most disappointing thing about this was the inconsistency at the end. When the vampires broke into Will Smith's house, they had superhuman powers, could climb walls, rip bricks apart etc, yet we were expected to believe that the surving group out in Vermont (or wherever it was) were protected by a fence about 12 feet high.

To me, that just reeked of keeping the story open for "I Am Legend 2". Crapola movie.

Taken: Pretty cool action movie. Wouldn't picture liam neeson as the type of actor to play the role.

Wanted: Pretty bad, special effects are ok. And you dont get to see angelinas boobs.
