Another what if....

Say the tigers win but are then found to have an extra man on the field for part of the game, knights then smash panthers. Does the NRL take 2 competition points off the tigers?

It’s been a shambles of a season in many ways let’s hope for a big finish

It is truly intriguing because it is legitimately the best result for both teams concerned.

Hypothetically if Cyclone Waldo happened to hit Sydney tomorrow morning and the NRL had to call the game off.
In the true spirit of sport, allocate 1 point each to the Tigers and the Good guys in Blue/Black/White.
Both finish on 25 points beating the Donkeys on points for,mission accomplished.No bananas playing in the final series. The slow moving ,short talking Souffs coach, would be creaming his denims.

The what if proposed is way OTT and wouldnt be allowed to occur, but its not that far fetched that each team could agree to boot the ball out on the 5th, pack the scrums slowly, generally play it super slow on all the play the balls, and stick to the train tracks and grind to 0-0 draw

EXTREMELY unlikely but man that'd be f**king fun

EXTREMELY unlikely but man that'd be f**king fun

The interesting thing will be if scores are tied with 5 to go... there is a good chance neither side would risk the field goal and the 7 tackle set

Yeah i'd need to have a f**king fantastic look at it, like within 20 and right in front before i'd be ok with pulling the trigger

If you want to piss whatever integrity this competition has left into the wind, then please f**king do. It would be a small mercy for Broncos fans at this point and you would do us the service of making us victims lol

I’d love to see it happen but will take Eels smashing the Broncos as a consolation to missing out on a QLD free finals.

Maybe not make it that obvious, but perhaps a gentleman’s agreement before kick off

Agree to a 12 all FT after golden point

Or maybe 8 all to take into account Sharks not getting any conversions

If it ends 0-0, obviously it wouldn't look good. But nothing wrong with 1-1, 2-2, 3-3, 4-4, 5-5, 6-6, 7-7, 8-8, 9-9 10-10, 11-11 12-12, 13-13, 14-14, 15-15, 16-16, 17-17, 18-18, 19-19, 20-20 and so on.
