This isn't even close to the lowest we've been.
I'd say the Kearney/Stuart years were our lowest. In 2011 we won 6 games and 1 draw, In 2012 6 wins, 2013 5 wins.
I'd say this year is going to be pretty close to those

True. But you might has well have.But..... but....I didn't.
Yes if they consistently underperform, I agree. But not after one bad year. He deserves a chance, look at the dragons under McGregor - plenty of shit performances in his coaching career to!!
What ever happens we won't be waiting until October next year to determine our 2020 coach.
What makes you think if we are shit again next year that Gurr will wait until October to determine who is the coach for 2020? He is too good of an operator to be that stupid!!
Early to mid 90s was complete plop. Consistent and thorough plop.I'd say the Kearney/Stuart years were our lowest. In 2011 we won 6 games and 1 draw, In 2012 6 wins, 2013 5 wins.

We've never ever sacked a coach ever. Even when Dally Messenger was our coach he just miraculously decided he'd had enough at the same point the club did...

Salary cap dramas were the more recent low point. Some people are underestimating the profound impact that it has and will have going forward.

but that press conference game me zero confidence that BA can do anything to get us out of the shit. In fact he was happy with the effort FFS!! Lucky it was a wet weather game against a poor raiders team.
I'm not arguing a case for BA to see out his contract. Just suggesting the idea that 'coaches don't get sacked' is naive. If you were (hypothetically) trying to argue a case for BA to see out his contract, what would your main points be?
Thank god for the Crushers and Magpies. It was impossible to finish last with them in the comp. We only won three games in 1995 and still couldn't do it!Yet throughout the early to mid 90's and salary cap drama we never finished last, unlike Kearney/Stuart years.
I tipped raiders
Nope. I am talking about how it has and will have a profound impact on us because we appear to be playing by the rules under Max.You mean like how it had such a profound and long lasting impact on Canterbury and Melbourne?

When were the last time we were 0 and 6 to start a season after being favourites for a top 4 finish???This isn't even close to the lowest we've been.
It’s very exciting isn’t it? The thought of when our first victory will come has me all tingly on the insides.
Here's my take:When were the last time we were 0 and 6 to start a season after being favourites for a top 4 finish???
We might have been lower but after finally looking like those dark days were behind us we are back here again so quickly.
