Agree. You won't see Taylor on NRL 360 dribbling nonsense. Taylor seems like a no nonsense type of guy

Doesnt Woods talk some rubbish on 360.
His "missus" isnt too bad on the eye either..Seriously,whats she see in a greasy, longhaired, unclean Hillbilly, who cant put 2 sentences together without saying "i just want to play good footy" and "have a feed with the missus"

Yes MM is quite good out of dummy half.Makes good metres and is quick..
He has surprised me.
Lawrence runs at holes all time but very rarely breaks thru....(2 tries ive seen, thats all)

He wond get that Shredder...
If he does get a haircut for starters.
He would have to be the most illiterate capt in the comp..
Bluntest tool in the shed.

Im dreaming here but how good would this be:
Koro is playing in a crappy Melbourne Rebels side getting thrashed every week.
Surely he isnt enjoying it.
Get him back on our left wing again..
Worth a chat to his manager....Decent offer of course

I've been thinking about this the past couple of days and some of the comments being made by these guys make me think that they aren't confident in their own games, especially when they state they want to play for teams who make the finals on a consistent basis. It would be a different kettle of fish though if said they wanted to play at better run clubs with clear visions and objectives. To me, they are looking for a quick fix and ride off the success of others rather than back themselves and lead the charge. You just have to have a look at our games and imo none of these guys really stand out as leaders. Sure Woods and Teddy do a lot of work, but they don't demand a lot of the others on the field from my obsverations.

Whom ever we recruit, at least one should be of leadership material. A real leader on and off the field, someone who demands professionalism from the playing group (from within the group here, not just from the coaching staff and management). Who that player is, I don't know though Cronk would be a fantastic pick-up.

Good to see the Matty Johns crew on fox reading these forums. This exact topic was bought up last night. It was said for the money these guys are asking they should be the ones leading their teams into semi final football, not looking at others to make it happen for them.

That's weird. Once Mansour and peachey come back he'll be straight back to reserves

Guess he wants to play nsw cup and not nrl

Back talking about Grace.
There was a story before season started (i cant find it though)Grace saying he has built up and lost weight to increase his speed......and strength
Looks like he forgot to work on the tackle bags again.

We've reportedly signed Taane Milne. Good young centre from the Dragons.

Cleary has wasted no time getting a replacement for Kev.

Hes 182 cm and 100kg.
Like the idea of a big unit in the centres.
He may be a depth signing?

We need to be signing depth to.

Curtis Rona and Chance Peni are both unemployed now.

Rona in the centres and Peni as a depth player (again). What might be good is the fact that they have returned home to WA so have perhaps got over any homesickness thingy but with no future there now a return to RL might be in order.

I'll tell you who we should target. That young backrower from the Panthers Corey Herewa-Naera (sp.?). Not sure about his contract situation but as soon as Carty and Fisher-Harris are back he's going straight back to their state cup side. He's an absolute gun. Runs great lines, huge motor and work rate. The perfect edge backrower we need.
