My friend is McFadden's landlord. They had a meeting yesterday. He is moving out, moving to Australia.

On what Cappy is on I doubt he'd move out if he's just going home for summer, the off season is less than 4 months and he'd still be coming back regularly for meetings. If this is true I'd say he's goneskis.
As for Doyle we know how he operates, nothing will be announced until it's a done deal and this season is over and done with.

I think it's plausible. If the house is fully furnished...

I'm all for news sources giving up potential contract details, but is somewhat violating his privacy really a fair thing to do?

We don't need to know where he lives, only that he's apparently on his way out.

Actually good point, I've never even thought of renting a furnished place so that didn't cross my mind. Does Cappy have a family with him? If not it'd make more sense too.

Actually good point, I've never even thought of renting a furnished place so that didn't cross my mind. Does Cappy have a family with him? If not it'd make more sense too.

Wants to go home for a couple of months and not pay rent. Can fly back for a meeting here and there and it would still be cheaper. Comes back and picks up anothet furnished house and gets on with it. So not quite a smoking gun....
