Always thought Fitzy added a bit more.

Adrian Purtell or Michael Bani?

Purtell would have to be the slowest winger since Covell...and Bani has some of the worst hands I've seen. Tough call, but Purtell just.

Lee Hookey or Adam Mogg

Mogg.

2006 will always be known as "Mogg's origin" to me. He won QLD that series, and that kick started their dominance.

Very important player in QLD's history is Moggy.

Syd Eru or Duane Mann?

Duane Mann for me it's a shame he was a bit past it when the warriors came into the competition.

John Chicka Ferguson or Nathan Blacklock

Both exceptional wingers but you'd have to give it to Tingah.

Tony Iro or Tony Puletua?

Puletua had a gun year or two but was disappointing outside of that so i'll go for Iro

Priddis hands down - 2 premierships with 2 different clubs including a Clive Churchill medal. Could even say 3 premierships if you count his big contribution to Saints in 2010 season

John Simon or Chris Sandow

John Simon for me Sandow is too hot and cold Simon i thought was underrated probably the best halfback to never make a grand final.

Matthew Ridge or Brett Hodgson

As a rugby league player, Ridge, with his goal kicking.

As a person, Brett Hodgson, hands down.

1988 Rothmans Medal winner Barry Russell (halfback)
or
1992 Rothmans Medal winner Ewan McGrady (halfback). Retired prematurely.

McGrady ( and it was the 1991 Rothmans)

Greater semis screwup :

Steve Mavin 1987 vs the the Raiders
Paul Cariage 1998 vs the Dogs

Never saw Lowe play but if you couldn't count him in the top two of his position then it's got to be Ellis.

Gary Belcher or Garry Jack?

Jack kept Belcher out of the test team for a long time but Belcher won premierships. I go Belcher but it is about as close as it gets.

Bob Lindner or Gary Larson

Yeah thought that might be a close one.

Larson, for a couple of reasons, loyalty to one club, longevity (especially for Queensland, 24 straight matches for a forward is awesome) and the fact he would do push ups between sets at the gym. Supremely fit man. Tough one though, Lindner was no slouch.

Kavin Campion or Bryan Fletcher?

I'll go for Larson, while we're on forwards

Clyde or Gallen

It's unfair to make comparisons about Clyde because his career was ruined by unlimited interchange. He goes down as an all time great without that stupid rule change.

But I'll take him cause he's a winner.
