Rheed has a running game. He just isn't using it. I'm sure he will soon enough.

He lacks the decision making on when to use it. I've seen Gutho yell "run" to him a couple of times with good effect. He needs to do this on his own. He's got a decent kick as well. He'd be lethal if he could develop it a bit further.

It’s really only his second season. He has the tools but lacks the experience to properly utilise them, at least to the degree people think he should. He’s made some poorer decisions of late (I think he’s been given more freedom during this relaxed period) so I’m happy this year if the game plan is for him to get it wide ASAP that he defers to that.

I feel Gutho is a good fullback, not a great or natural fullback. He doesn't look comfortable under the high ball under pressure, and to me doesn't often look like he will beat defenders on the kick return. I reckon he'd be a great centre.

He probably has to adapt those skills he used to show in the lower grades to the speed and intensity of nrl level.

I agree that he should get it wide to the experienced guys and when we are on top fairly comfortably or down by alot, them try some of his hidden talents

I think we should think about swaping Dylan Brown and Gutherson. Brown would be an exceppent fullback and Guth a fine five/eight.

Losing those two would hurt but I'd still do that swap.
Semi would get each set off to as good a start is as possible, make line breaks out of nothing, plus score length of the field tries and finish everything.

b) no f**ker ever breaks the line on kick returns these days .... coaches will f**kin tear strips of their team if them let the opposition do it
