People from London renewing their season tickets for OT.

Now there's the kettle calling the pot black.

Do you seriously know anything about the club you follow? Do you have any idea how many people crawl into Anfield from Ireland, Scandinavia & the Home Counties?

You have probably never been to Anfield or haven’t been there for a long time. I would guess it to be the former rather than the latter.

'Tis funny you say that, because when The Kop sings 'YNWA' or (more recently) the Torres song, you can't hear anything but Scouse accents singing it. I have no doubt that some of our fans on match-day come from further afield, but my original point was that I am pretty certain they would still turn up if the side was going crap.

What's a mystery to me is that Everton call themselves 'The people's team' yet can't sell half or even quarter-season tickets to Goodison? You'd think there'd be enough Toffes in Merseyside and the surrounds to pack the place out every game. :?

You have your own thread - stay there.

We prefer to discuss our team here rather than deal with trolls.
pfft!! f**k you wanker...

who the hell do you think you are?? if we want to come into this thread and lay brick on your hopeless mob then suck it up bitch!!

no doubt if united ever fail you clowns would be first in there giving it back...

Actually mate I've never done so and won't do so even if we win this weekend.

I come into the Liverpool thread to discuss my team with other Liverpool fans. If you were to come in here and actually have a discussion I wouldn't mind, but you're a troll and incapable of having a normal, rational discussion.

I enjoy your abuse though, makes me feel special :D

Oh, you asked a question too. I think that I am Hevydevy - pretty sure I'm right too.

That hopeless mob went alright this morning. Even though I hate Liverpool, it was nice to see the even more hated Real get a real flogging like that. Couldn't happen to a nicer team. Here's hoping Inter suffer a similar fate tomorrow morning, and Liverpool on Saturday. ;)

Why on earth would Ronaldo want to leave United to play for that absolute rabble?

Liverpool were in another league to those soft, slow shirt grabbers. Gerrard and Torres were awesome, but Mascherano is one of my favourites. Awesome player.

Is that why the club has been pushing for a new 55 000 – 60 000 capacity stadium in Kirby? I guess it must be to hold 50 000 travelling away fans

Oh & by the way accents are not so easily discerned when people sing unlike when they talk. I think you will actually find that one football crowd sounds like another. Your hearing must be incredible.

Makes you wonder what a fit and firing Torres could have done for our season.

That said, Manure certainly have the most complete squad so it's no real surprise that they've won the title.

The Reds XI in full is: Reina, Arbeloa, Carragher, Skrtel, Aurelio, Mascherano, Lucas, Kuyt, Riera, Gerrard, Torres. Subs: Cavalieri, Hyypia, Babel, El Zhar, Dossena, Insua, Ngog.

Well that was disappointing. 1-0 Man U after 24 mins.

It is to football's deteriment that those scenarios are penalties - striker toes the ball ahead but out of reach knowing the keeper is about to make contact.

Reina didn't prevent any goalscoring opportunity there, but under the laws of the game it's a clear penalty. For shame.
