I am sorry but why is impact (something that is not predictive at all) umpires call. That is dumb dumb dumb. If the ball hits you in line its hit you in line.

The whole thing is f**ked, 1/100th of a ball can be pitching outside the line and the umpire's decision stands (if not out), when it was clearly going on to hit the stumps
