NZ struggling but wait until we bat. Anything over 100 may prove a mammoth total
Ordinary is being kind, he's been absolutely shithouse.Has Bird been ordinary? Seems to be much more expensive than the others?
Wow...Lucky NZ can play on pitches that aren't roads, just imagine e if they couldn't!
My view is no team bats well on wickets with a bit of movement. The art of leaving is dead.
No I agree. Just a sly dig at a couple of Kiwis who were certain your batting would perform way better than ours for that reason.
Batsmen want to hit boundaries, not leave the ball
We seem to have channelled our inner Australians this morning
There's little doubt we're a better team (in general) than Australia in moving conditions - seems like this morning wasn't exactly diabolical for batting (or at least we threw a few wickets away with mindless aggression)
Basin will become very good for batting, as above, time for a backs to the wall effort in the second innings
So it looks like we were just really accurate.
Its funny for all of Jidge and Antilags carry on about the pitch as soon as Pattinson was declared out the kiwis should have trimmed that f**king pitch down to the bone. They had as good a chance as Australia of batting on the wicket when it was at its best and Siddle and Hazelwood are good at putting the ball on the spot and seeing what happens.
I am not cocky I am lolling at you idiots for suggesting that kiwi supermen would blast Australia away. Lets not forget that JJ called Hazlewood a plodder a month or so ago.
