most people picked us to finish around 10th-14th (12th being a pretty popular pick), looking back now they were being overly generous. Lets put things into context we've won 2 games all year, against a roosters team that has subsequently shown in recent weeks they're not a contender and can be wildly inconsistent and against a tigers team lacking confidence and in a game where everything went our way.
We can point to injuries and what not but AOB chose to sign the likes of Crossland, Johns, Randall, etc to top 30 deals when literally no other team wanted them. AOB chose to change the attack back to a style that did not work at all last year. AOB chose to let Pearce walk with no alternative option signed up. AOB has the best resources and facilities that any knights coach has ever had.
