    2023 R2 - Parramatta 26-30 Cronulla @ CommBank

Hopefully a better performance than on Saturday night, we were all over the place defensively.

If perth is such a can't miss home run for nrl expansion..?!

More potatoes in here than a packet of Smiths Crisps.

If perth is such a can't miss home run for nrl expansion..?!

Probably because both especially the former have been far and away the most successful in the league's history. If the Wildcats were consistently down the lower end of the table I highly doubt you'd hear a peep about them in the media.

If perth is such a can't miss home run for nrl expansion..?!

Even the WAFL (the WA state league Aussie Rules) comp has a reasonable following over there. Like the SANFL here it's Aussie Rules and nothing else. It's the offseason and still the media still talks endlessly about the AFL.

If perth is such a can't miss home run for nrl expansion..?!

Sounds like John Hopoate's favourite place.

If perth is such a can't miss home run for nrl expansion..?!

Thing with Perth is it is just a bigger version of here. The place is completely and utterly besotted with Victorian Rules. Perth Glory like Adelaide United barely fill out their stadium despite having tens of thousands of migrants from countries where that code is religion living in it. RL...

NRL's growth mindset points to 18th team. And it ain't Perth.

Perth is just a large version of Adelaide and why would I want to visit a city that's just a bigger version of where I currently am.

The Game Future NRL Stadiums part II

May as well put them in a singlet and tight shorts and add the two behind posts to the goals while we're at it then.

The Game Future NRL Stadiums part II

Don't get me started. Our house prices are becoming a sick joke the past year and a bit.

Sorry mate we have enough nuffies in this city as it is.

The Game Future NRL Stadiums part II

I can't either sadly. The place is even more besotted with AFL than Melbourne is. Anything that isn't AFL here doesn't sell out.

The Game Future NRL Stadiums part II

I'd love to see a team here but I honestly can't see it happening any time soon. We don't have the right sized stadium for a start. Adelaide Oval is now too big and Coopers Stadium is far too small. There's no political will to build one either.

The Game Future NRL Stadiums part II

While I see your point but look no further than our major cities. All of them and its various suburbs are fast being taken over by people from Asia and Africa. I've lived in Adelaide for 8 years now and the suburbs here are vastly different now to when I moved here in 2015.

The Game Future NRL Stadiums part II

Tbf it won't really matter what the NRL does. With Australia's demographics changing fast to what they were 20-30 years as much as we may guffaw at it now, it's probably highly likely soccer will take over if Football Australia and its various stakeholders finally get their heads out of their...

Ah we have found GROTD's burner account.

    Revenue for NRL Clubs (2018-2021)

I'm convinced GROTD and PR are 50 year old virgins still living in mummy's basement.

    Peter V'landys - New NRL/ARLC Chairman

That bloke's always been a weird unit, he dumps the then future Miss Universe and listens to plonkers like PR and GROTD.

That malaka Paul Kent in particular.

Think a potato has more intelligence than the mental case that is GROTD.

Divided rugby league fell 25 years ago – but united has it conquered? by Steve Mascord.

Probably has something to do with western Sydney being a key region for both the major parties at the upcoming NSW state election. Both parties have been falling all over themselves to keep funding projects in that part of Sydney for that very reason.
