    Today was not the insurance policy scenario. We could not replace Barnett. Sasagi is not on our bench. If a second-rower goes off injured in the 1st minute and we have to chuck someone on the edge for a full game, we would be much better off with Jirah than Sue.

    I’d have to know the details to take a side in the argument. Overall I agree that we should be putting the right prospects in the right spots in terms of their path to first grade, but the pure development mindframe can stifle club spirit a bit I think.
