    Manly 3 2 1s

Does JWH really have to stick his fingers in someone's eye to prove how tough he is? No wonder he is called the Big Dog.

    Redcliffe Dolphins recruitment targets

What's a Marquee? Is that when you pay an overrated player a ton of money for little result. I'm just happy that the Dolphins didn't sign Brandon Smith or Ponga. And as old mate said, Hammer is now a Marquee Player.

Round 17 vs. Parramatta Eels Discussion

Parra are Flat Trackers. Moses is only good against lesser opposition.

    2023 Origin II - Wed 21 Jun - QLD 32-6 NSW @ Suncorp

Addo-Carr is a joke. Beating his chest as he walks off the field after getting ten minutes. He is a dead set cat. Fittler only brought him back in to avoid the flak from last year.

Round 11 vs. Melbourne Storm Discussion

"Just ran out of time unfortunately" you are kidding. Referring wise, you got a Hugh Giddy Up.

    Cowboys 3 2 1s

Cry me a river. The reasons JWH and Radley get penalised often is because they are both serial pests, as their records show.

    Redcliffe Dolphins recruitment targets

Interesting reading some of the recruitment targets being suggested. Remember all those so called marquee signings that Wayne missed out on. Ponga, B. Smith are 2 that come to mind that would have been more trouble then they are worth. The success of the Dolphins so far has been based around...

Round 7 vs. South Sydney Rabbitohs Discussion

Point 4, watching the game I couldn't believe how many forward passes Cook threw. Where are the linesmen? Rugby League (besides Rugby Union) must be the only game where the rules mean nothing and used purely as a guideline. - ford passes - playing the ball - markers interfering in the play the...

    Max Plath

Your exactly right. Q Cup is a great breeding ground for players to learn and the Storm do it perfectly. Much better then bringing over hyped schoolboys straight into grade. I reckon it's something the Broncos didn't do well. Munster was outstanding in Q Cup, when at the Capras and they never...

Round 6 vs. Canberra Raiders Discussion

The Bronks may need to cancel those "Premiers 2023" tee shirts they were getting printed.

    Jack Wighton

I agree. He can be a bit of a loose cannon. Would also be 31. Wouldn't want to throw hugh dollars at him.

    Are we the Real Deal?

What sort of statement is that. They have won 3 out of 4. So you knew they would win the first 3 but then fade after that. Is that right?

Wouldn't Nikorima play 9. Has Teague played hooker before ?

Round 1 vs. Sydney Roosters Discussion

That was a great win. Early in the game the Roosters were getting the giddy up calls that the better sides always seem to get. However the Dolphins just toughed it out. A bit of pressure on Tedesco, Walker, Keary and Smith worked wonders with all particularly disappointing. Gutsy effort and a...

    It’s game day ffs!

That rule is a blight on the game. I wish they would make all players stand behind the kicker and maybe it would open up the game a bit. Currently it is a couple of ordinary rucks followed by a booming kick with the defenders standing on top of the catcher.

    Thomas Flegler

..............the more they stay the same. Walsh is a classic example, he ditched them then they bent over backwards to resign him. If they are so rapt in Mariner they had no reason to sign Walsh and could have utilised Cobbo or Farnworth at fullback.

Are they hitting the market place or are they going to upgrade some of the current players. This has been their downfall previously paying on potential for no result.

    Rumoured Signings

He is apparently currently on 650k at the Broncos. So it's not too bad as the Dolphins were always going to have to be the highest bidder.

Dolphins cement new feeder deal with Capras

Wouldn't they be signed to the Dolphins, then placed at Redcliffe or the Capras.

    Karl Oloapu

The 500k transfer that Canterbury are paying is interesting. What is it for, what were the Broncos paying him, considering he wasn't in their 30 man squad.
