lol, like Dragons fans have any right to complain considering the tards that the NSW side has been stacked with the past 2 years...

Imagine the sheer embarrassment Queenslanders would feel if their team loses to this NSW outfit. Really not a good look and possibly the start of the end of their ridiculously successful era. This will be interesting either way.

Not getting the Mini hate - I don't like him personally - but he's experienced, has played in winning Blues sides and we could do worse. I'm probably more confident with him at the back than Dugan tbh

If NSW win the series, or even this game, the forum will go psycho.

5 straight will be completely ignored, replaced by 'best QLD team ever beaten by terrible NSW'

The fact is none of the players you've picked are bad, but some of the strategies and omissions leaves you shaking your head.

I think Mini will be pretty solid at fullback but that's not enough to warrant selection. I think you want a bit more than that at origin level.

If it weren't for the nuffy winger we'd have won game 1

lol or the fact our forwards got absolutely monstered up front and we played in our own half for 80% of the game. maybe think before you post drivel.

Mini will go okay, I don't mind it tbh. Not that he's the best option, but I'm kinda used to the selectors not going with the best option

It's statements like this that display a complete lack of understanding of the game of Rugby League in any way, shape or form. Try and look up the term 'Go Forward'. See if you can get a grasp of what part it plays in the game, and try to come to terms with the relevance of it in relation to the game in question. Once you grasp this concept, you'll be a better educated fan.
You'll then realise that it's rarely a single incident that determines a games outcome, but rather a concerted effort and strategy over the life of the game.
It's all about self development, you'll be better for it.

Why is Sticky so all or nothing? If he succeeds it's going to be a great win, and one I daresay by over 10 points however, look at the most attacking teams in the NRL.....for every wonderful piece of attacking they do the errors and misses in defence gives you a heart attack.

Queensland aren't idiots in defence, and if they shutdown the Blues attacking prowess...what happens then?
Not to mention that these players need space to do their magic, space they will struggle to get with that pack.

Even if the Blues win this series, does anybody want Sticky as the long term coach? Does anyone on the team?
Mini gives me fear still....but he'd be the first to admit Jarryd has done damage to Queensland and deserve the number 1 a lot more.
I'm Queensland fan but I really feel Blues fans frustration.

I expected NSW to get this one, however, with that pack they'll have to be damn good.

Why not blame Beau Scott as well for going for Lockyer instead of Slater while you're at it too? Or Gasnier for having a shocker with the ball, or Young for giving poor service from dummy half or Merrin for being inexperienced or Soward for being quiet or Creagh for not making any line breaks?

This was the point I was trying to make with my original post. I have nothing against Mini or the Roosters, and yes some of the Saints players in the Blues are not the best players in their position either. Unfortunately us Blues supporters find ourselves in these same discussions every series defending our players at club level because someone has to take the blame when NSW lose.

No wonder QLD have won the last 5 series.

This attitude is so painful to read... trying to admonish any future achievement by NSW before it's happened. Pissweak.

Is that you Morris? If the nuffy merkin dives on the ball we win. We had the lead without go forward in case you forgot you dickhead and had defended brilliantly before Morris f**ked it all up

Really, Tim?
You pick out THAT post to say that?
What has he said that is different to what some NSW supporters have said?

The implication Shorty, is that anything but a Queensland win will be a travesty because in his eyes, NSW aren't good enough and don't deserve to win the series.

Looks pretty clear to me...
