1. Junior depth
2. Value to tv networks
3. Club finances

the criteria that should come first is

1. Ability for rugby league fans with a chip on their shoulder to win internet arguments with afl fans who say rugby league is only played in two states

Yeh without pokies and a grass hill it will be tough to stay with Sydney teams, but we’ll just have to do our best!

SGI Dragons are literally dead if Wollongong gets an A-League team. Wests Tigers already know that MacArthur Bulls are going to overtake them soon.
