Lee was bowling to tailenders... This is like arguing against a geniused NSW army I am out. Your biased crap is astounding.

Rubbish, Your comments, as usual, miss the mark entirely.

Lee was poor but Hussey and White were woeful and cost us the game. I'll never blame any bowler that concedes 41 in a T20. It's moronic.

lol this guy serious?

10th over, 2 for 90 odd with White and Hussey prodding for 3 singles an over and he starts waffling on about Lee and Tait. No idea.

Lee was ordinary.

But that White/Hussey and to a lesser effort Finch debacle was terminal.

Actually, twenty20 is about the only form of the game I'd still consider playing Stuart Clark. Wanting him in other forms of the game is just remembering too fondly just how good he was pre-injury, without watching him post injury (first class cricket especially - accurate and tight, but non-threatening, and wouldnt make my NSW XI at full strength).

His twenty20 performances are, however supurb. Economy rate of only just over 6 an over is excellent, keeps it tight and takes wickets at regular intervals as well.

He wont get chosen, I think he had a bust-up with selectors anyway over them f**king the bowlers preperations right up in the Ashes, but he's very good in this form (for someone who was never a great one day bowler, although he seems to have improved there in the last year or so also).

SC with two borken arms sh*ts on the current mob. In form or out of form. At his best or past his best. No contest.

That last over was pretty bad from Lee, two full tosses made it impossible for Watson to save it.

Collective effort for why we failed tonight, but you'd have to say D. Huss's test match innings alongside Warner and Finch's was apart of it.

I just find it amazing that people are blaming Lee for conceding 11 in the secind last over of a T20 with a side needing to go for it. He bowled a shocking delivery but they were up against it anyway.

Tailenders? Yes. Muppets? No.

Fact of the matter is the Victorians scored too slowly and hence we got left with a situation where we had decent hitters like Paine, Johnson, O'Keefe and even Lee not getting a bat and smith only getting 11 balls. At the end of the day a score below 160 is nowhere near good enough when you've only lost 4 wickets

Only scoring around 150 with only 2 down after 10 overs cost us that match. Lee and Tait weren't great but the Million dollar Victorian myths cost us that game. Anyone would think they were trying to get in the test team......

soon they get rid of 20/20 cricket the better.

It does nothing for the game , its predictable and starting to be a money grabbing exercise for the players

Hussey and White were pathetic but what is the go with Warner his strike rate was pathetic also.... But it is ok he is from NSW so we won't notice that. Fact of the matter is Lee and Tait bowled trash most of the night as did O'keefe who is supposed to be the saviour of Australian cricket...

Rubbish beads - everyone here acknowledged that warner was slow.

We're just saying that the Hussey/White partnership was the killer which it absolutely was. At one stage they scored 8 from 15 deliveries - and they weren't even trying to do anything different!

After being 0/82 or whatever we were after 8 overs, we scored less than that from the next 12. Not good enough when you've got wickets in hand.

While Warner was crap he was at least going at a run a ball for most of the innings. Dussey before his 6 and out was 22 off 25 balls. Morgan started off slow but showed how it's done. In saying that Warner better find his game soon as Marsh and even Finch are pushing for his spot.

Great game of cricket.

Went down to the last ball against the world champs.

Every bowler will occasionally be expensive in T20. LEe and Tait were there to take wickets when needed. They did that to an extent. They created chances and pressure at the right time.

Better fielding would have got us home.

Everyone needs to acknowledge that it was a slowish pitch. Batting was easier earlier on (plus with the restrictions). Both sides innings went the same way.

We took far more wickets - they bowled more restrictively.

We could do with a Pollard type player who can balst for the last few overs.

Maybe Warner could be moved down the order if he is still trying to find the balance in his game. Paine is very effective opening in the Big Bash - highest boundary to ball retio of any player.
