Run outs are similar to tries from kicks they don't really count. So they aren't going too bad NZ.
Would have been not out if the pitch was 12 yards.

Haha tagging Pou into the cricket thread is as funny as the Kane runoutI’ll never forget the game Manly put 40 on us in the first half And I think in the second it was about 12-12 all and he said how proud he was of the Lads for fighting back.
After that Presser the only fan he had left was @Poupou Escobar

If I had a dollar for every time I've conceded tries from kicks walking down the street, I'd be as rich as PB.Run outs are similar to tries from kicks they don't really count. So they aren't going too bad NZ.
While I agree the recent teams have probably been our best, Aust has monstered them. In contrast the Coney Hadlee teams were better than Aust, and Flem’s teams as you note at least competedIts a shame its a rivalry that's a bit untapped in test cricket atm with hard-fought competitive test cricket atm.
I remember the 2001/02 series in Australia as a kid and the Kiwis took it too us and we had to settle for 0-all draw.
It was one of the only series we couldn't win at home under Steve Waugh.
The test match in Perth Warnie got out for 99 the Kiwis were the dominant side.
And the test at the Gabba that finished at midnight they fell 10 runs short with 5 wickets left.
Bazball era they would have won it.
Then the Tri-Series we couldnt beat the Kiwis at all in the 4 matches either when Bond ripped us apart.
I saw that too, probably loves St Helens...A dragons fan wearing a St Kilda top.
