By way of comparison to the Footy Show, has anyone tuned into the rugby league show on the Indigenous Channel on Foxtel?
I'm watching now and reckon it's more entertaining and has better footy analysis and all with no ads. Runs 6:30-8:00pm on NITV (channel 180 where I'm watching) and is called Bare Foot Rugby League Show. Panel show with live audience and crosses to outdoor locations. Studio hosts are Tony Currie and broadcaster Brad Cooke.
At the moment Wes Patten is interviewing the Bulldogs' centre debutante Idris, and they are putting some kids through drills under lights at a stadium that looks like Bluetongue at Gosford. Tonight they have also interviewed former Manly hitman Ron Gibbs, and have had someone from the NSWRL talking about the VB and Jim Beam Cups. They go through game highlights from each NRL game and also talk about the U20s as well as Qld scene.
I recommend checking it out next week -
http://nitv.org.au/barefoot/ Should be on a mainstream channel, and would put the Footy Show to shame I reckon!
