Well no postal deliveries for the past 2 days may have something to do with that ;-). So you have tomorrow or Thursday for delivery as its Aussie Posts picnic day on Friday. *YAY*

Im doing the pay by the month option tho and have received mine already..

5pm Christmas eve, van pulled up, guy ran up to front door, parcel for (hubby), quickly opened to find only 1 pack, yelled out wheres the other one, he said no idea only 1 parcel so we are one pack short and apparently it has happened to others.

*** Forgot about the keyring - I don't think there was one in my pack...

I did find my key-ring, it had fallen out when I up-ended my pack.

Sure, it's very gold... but hey - it's a key ring and will do the job nicely.

i apologise to all the whinger haters who post here - but that cap is truely disgusting .... whoever thought a lemon yellow cap would be cool needs a smack in the head .... I can handle if they want to buy cheap stuff to save money, but please make it a decent colour ffs

I got my pack today, its pretty good. I don't mind the cap.

Anything is better than what STH received a few years ago, it was a windshield cover, thats it, no cap, no scarf, just a cheap windscreen cover.

Now that was a disgrace.

Got my membership pack just before Xmas. Long time fan and game attendee but first time I have become a member and season ticket holder. The cap is horrible!

Also, got a new jersey for Xmas and it looks pretty good. My 97 Optus Cup jersey I am still wearing was due for a replacement...

Got my packs yesterday. My Dad was here when they arrived, when he opened his (addressed to my place as i buy season tix for my olds as christmas presents) he said "I'm not wearing a lemon yellow hat!" I had a chuckle remembering this thread...

The rest of the stuff is ok though.

Hi all, hope everyone had a Merry Christmas! My pack was waiting for me when I got home from hols. The cap definitely sucks, not that I have a shortage of them from being a member each year. Everything else seemed ok. Really like the keyring actually. Can't quite figure out the backpack but as a tote bag thing it would do quite nicely.

Just want to plug the membership office for a moment.

I emailed them today to enquire whether the post office had returned my daughters Sparky Eels pack (useless post office said they had already sent it back a day after I got that little collection card in the mailbox to pick it up) and they said they had not, to which I replied that it was ok it's only $45 and I would order another one shortly.

Got an email saying they would send out another one today.

I honestly didn't expect it and I really would have just bought another one.

For all the sh*t they cop I just wanted to give a good story!

Also, I had no problems with my ST pack, very happy with the keyring, hate caps anyway, so could care less about it. Keyring was worth it alone, best thing is I bought another seat this year so I have 2, 1 for each set of keys I own for 2 cars

i think the cap would be ok in blue i dont like the backpack at all im thinking of cutting it up and making a flag out of it

It's funny but I hated the cap at first also, however, it is actually growing on me ! The key ring is too big, looks cheap and tacky imo and I preferred last years.

Finally got my Membership card and standard welcome letter, Halfway line in the Cronin Stand.:thumn
Standard introductory letter saying the membership pack will be sent within 21 days. :?.

Compared to the Swans Membership which arrived yesterday (renewed later), complete with Membership Card (and Lanyard),fixture list,keyring and sticker along with standard welcome letter.

So pretty much the same are Region Eels membership minus 1 game. So you would hope the seats are in a better position. Obviously that would also mean the requirement for being over 100K's from Sydney would be dropped.
