Found this whilst searching for info on Burgess #23. Or whichever one we're up to now.

The prospect of playing in front of a packed Odsal next season has the Bulls buzzing.
More than 10,000 supporters have already snapped up season tickets for 2011 thanks to the ‘Pledge 10,000’ scheme and centre Michael Platt admits it has acted as a major incentive to the players.
There’s definitely something a bit special about this season
Michael Platt
“There is a buzz about the place,” he said. “There always is at the start of pre-season and this year definitely does feel different.
“I’m not going to lie and say I didn’t feel good at the start of last year but there’s definitely something a bit special. Everyone’s smiling and I think the pledge thing has played a big part in that.
“Odsal has been a bit empty recently, and that’s our fault for not performing well, but we know there’s going to be a big crowd there every week and we’re all excited about that.
“You come to Bradford to play in front of big crowds and now we’re going to get a chance to do that. The pledge has been a massive thing and thank you to the fans for coming along and supporting us.”
Crowds dipped as low as 6,217 for the clash with Catalans at the tail end of last season – a record low for the Bulls in Super League.
But, with 10,639 supporters already signed up, chief executive Ryan Duckett is confident of passing the 11,000 mark in season-ticket sales ahead of the new campaign.
The club are continuing to chase up fans who pledged but didn’t make a purchase. Adult prices now stand at £120 for the terraces and £200 for the main stand, while junior membership has stayed at the pledge price of £45.
“We are very confident we’re going to get over 11,000,” said Duckett. “That would be a fantastic achievement because we set out to hit 10,000 and have comfortably exceeded that.
“Sales traditionally slow down after the usual early bird deadline but prices are still very good value so we expect more adult sales, as well as plenty of junior sales.
“About four per cent of people who pledged didn’t follow through on their pledge and we are still contacting them as well.”
The Bulls have also announced that tickets for Jamie Langley’s testimonial game against Halifax on Sunday, January 9 will be priced at £10 for adults and £5 for juniors.

The power of peer pressure.

Had they not got 10,000 they'd have had to pay another 15 quid on their season tickets and that equates to about 1,000 pints of Tetley bitter (if you pay for the first four and then steal the next 996).

So they'd have been hitting their mates up to get involved for sure.

More of a season ticket culture in the UK, a pretty high percentage of EPL attendances are made up of ST holders. I beleive Wigan, Leeds and Hull? have 10K + season ticket holders on a normal season

Does anyone know why the Storm still haven't released their packages?

It's getting beyond a joke! Are they waiting for the new season to start...?
