It is true no one in the public would admit they are a GWS fan.
Has anyone ever emailed the NRL and asked them about installments?
Some people with large families and even aged Pensioners/DSP can't fork out hundreds or maybe even thousands of $$$ in one go.
Installments would boost the memberships massively imo, you could start paying halfway through this season for 2012, by the time 2012 comes around, you've got your membership.

Some clubs do this already. I pay mine by installment as 3 is too much in 1 hit. 3 installments over Jan and Feb. It's done by the season but not in 1 hit at the end of the season. You can even layby in the Panthers shop in Westfield.
Souths offer this service and it is sensational. I pay for 5 season tickets for various members of my family and it works out at about $25 per week over 12 months. They actually offer a discount on the memberships (about 5%) if you pay in installments too, for some reason.
I never knew some clubs done this, the NRL should let it be known through advertisement on TV and Radio, the memberships would explode.
A single guy could pay stuff all every pay day and have a season ticket in no time and after a few payments, you don't even miss the money anymore.
Sounds good, lets hope all clubs start doing this.
It would free up money for people when the Rep games come around as their membership for the year has already been payed for so they'd more than likely decide to go to a game they otherwise wouldn't.
It would boost all attendances.
I just read on the roar this is the type of thing the Southern code does, probably explains why some clubs have massive memberships.
just think, start paying $20 a fortnight in june/july for the next season, by christmas it's payed off.
Souths does it, I presumed every club did it. The others should get in line and make it happen, no excuse not to offer that service for people who want a membership but can't afford to pay it in one go.Has anyone ever emailed the NRL and asked them about installments?

My guess would be is they know it's the battlers that are more likely to pay in installments so they give them a bit of a discount.Souths offer this service and it is sensational. What week of the month do they allow immigrants on Cronulla beach? See, stereotypes aren't fun fool. What week of the month does the dole go into bank accounts?
Probably same day the Souths installments memberships go through hey?
