A redo of the old jersey here would have been great.

Lambretta, if you have sperm in your prostate, cancer is the least of your worries.

Prometheus - I was more making the connection between the function of the prostate and the little wrigglers flying all over people's football jerseys.....

From Wikipedia (but I'm sure it's not been hacked)

Function
The function of the prostate is to secrete a slightly alkaline fluid, milky or white in appearance,[5] that usually constitutes 50–75% of the volume of the semen along with spermatozoa and seminal vesicle fluid.[5] Semen is made alkaline overall with the secretions from the other contributing glands, including, at least, the seminal vesicle fluid. The alkalinity of semen helps neutralize the acidity of the vaginal tract, prolonging the lifespan of sperm. The alkalinization of semen is primarily accomplished through secretion from the seminal vesicles.[6] The prostatic fluid is expelled in the first ejaculate fractions, together with most of the spermatozoa. In comparison with the few spermatozoa expelled together with mainly seminal vesicular fluid, those expelled in prostatic fluid have better motility, longer survival and better protection of the genetic material.
The prostate also contains some smooth muscles that help expel semen during ejaculation.

I can see how that wording could confuse people. The line-

"The function of the prostate is to secrete a slightly alkaline fluid, milky or white in appearance,[5] that usually constitutes 50–75% of the volume of the semen along with spermatozoa and seminal vesicle fluid."

could be worded better as-

"The function of the prostate is to secrete a slightly alkaline fluid, milky or white in appearance, that usually constitutes 50–75% of the volume of the semen, with the remainder being spermatozoa and seminal vesicle fluid."

The sperm come from the testes and fluids are added by the seminal vesicles and prostate on the way, but the sperm never enter the prostate.

It seems WT decided they wanted a black jersey with orange and white V's with the very similar finalists selected. I still reckon the orange body jersey's look the best and are the most unique to the Tigers.

According to WT the "vast majority" of entrants wanted black kits. I like D's chevron but C's lack of stupid side panels.

Not to mention they can put Harry's Units under the V instead of straight through the f**king thing.

you'd figure the away jersey would be an orange base with black and white chevron, at least I hope so.

Regardless of what wins, it will be a big improvement over their current design.

A - Looks like a Rugby Union jersey with too many different things going on

B - Thrown in there for something different. Doesn’t say Wests Tigers to me.

C - Borrowing the sleeve pattern from early 2000 jerseys. Double V too small IMO

D - Similar to Manly and Raiders V design with the curved stops at the shoulders. Not bad and I think it will win

E - Simple square double V design, not a big fan of the large side panels.

F - Similar to the 1963 Heritage Jersey we wore this year. This will compete for top spot with design D
