f**k me, Jarmilla is such a f**king head case. From that second set, Kerber was there for the taking. Jarmilla gave more f**king gifts than Santa Claus.

I don't rate Jarmilla, but she threw that match away by not trying to play steady tennis.
Dude, chill-pill, Jarmila never stood a chance, she didn't win that 2nd set, Kerber threw it away, too many unforced errors and what have you. She just let it ride out. If JG didn't have that injury timeout, Kerber would've cruised through.

...and it's over, Swiss girl Belinda Bencic (17 y.o) takes out Japanese woman Kimiko Date-Krumm (43) in 3 sets.

Date-Krumm had already retired for the first time before Bencic was even born.

She almost looks younger then her too

After a freaking long game, Dellacqua breaks Vera and leads 2-1 in the 2nd. I'm off for now peeps, I'll be back later. Enjoy the tennis :)

Jarmilla is a total headcase, just like Stosur in Australia. No wonder why Groth left her.

I think everyone does. Perhaps now noone thinks she will win she might actually perform here in Australia. There isn't any pressure on her to win anymore after years of disappointment

Venus Williams is out, Daniela Hantuchova (one of my long-time favorites), is through to round 2, so the first 10 matches of 32 for the womens draw for today are over.
