Because the afl play a limited number of those games.Afl crowds on Thursdays would be above their season averages. Why do they draw on a thursday and ours dont?
Surprise surprise, NRL having control of the draw means sweet f**k all when they're still building the draw to satisfy broadcasters.
Another empty promise
A prime time analysis of the draw.
Gripping stuff.
We know we are stuck with them, it's about being creative to minimise the shtness of them on crowds and clubs revenue
Right up there with the Block, Sophie Monk and cooking . . . Wankerland's finest . . . f**k that shit, long live Ray DonovanSurefire ratings gold.

Start of season (rich v Carlton.).
Easter if after start
4 others. Specifically targeted in school hols in various cities
Toddie's method for developing the draw:
Bulldogs looked after.
Draw done.
Surely this farce of a draw will see him gone for good.
I think it goes a little more like this:
Bulldogs
Brisbane
Sydney teams
Oh there are other teams?
The draw I have from the Drags states 4:10pmBut if you go into the nrl site and click on the draw it still is saying Dragons vs Roosters at 7 pm, I know it’s wrong but that’s what is says.
Rnd 8: Wed 25 Apr 2018, 7:00pm, Allianz Stadium

It's not the only one. Roosters v Souths at the SFS in Round 6 is scheduled for Thursday night. Regardless of whether it is at the SFS, or out at ANZ Stadium, holding that game on a Thursday night (which it has been at least twice I can recall) has had a negative impact on the crowd size.
I know it is worse for the Cowboys due to the distance many of their fans travel for home games
Well saidThursday nights are out.
Friday at 6pm is out.
Sunday night is out.
Monday night is out.
Saturdays there's kids sport.
When do you merkins want to f**king play games? Sunday afternoon before uncle Terry visits but not before bunnings shuts? Saturday nights but only if it's next door or I'm driven to the game by Arthur f**king Summons?
