The 'city' group of soccer clubs have brought out a bunch of almost one color kits and the world lost their shit at paying 100+ for a one color shirt. And us leagueies are dying for more simple designs. Lol. Love it.

To it’s credit though its still better than the last few attempts CCC had with the blues jerseys. The collar is still Aids though. Sponsor is better integrated though, which is not exactly hard compared to the last abortion.

Aaaaaand this was leaked tonight with a story claiming Suncorp and the Star have walked away and the QRL did a firesale to Intrust Super for $80k for QLD’s main sponsor.......... awkwaaaaaaard considering what the Blues are getting.

Not bad from that limited vision, nice and simple, might have to buy one this year.

I was just saying to a mate, i’d have put $80k down to put my name on it. You’d just raffle off the box seats that would come with the package. i’d reckon you would actually make money in the end........ sigh.

$80k is an embarrassment though if it’s true. Looks like they’ve shit themselves and just given it away to save some face. Surely Bundy or another QLD company would have given at least a double or triple amount to that figure???

No way if all it involved was FOJ sponsorship that it was hocked for $80K.

Origin is the highest rating show on Australian TV. As punters here have said (although maybe joking) they'd whack their name on for a measly $80K. Thats an absolute steal.

I reckon a clean Origin jersey would almost make up that $80K in merch sales. My QLD jersey still has a collar and AAMI sponsorship I think, but I'd certainly update if they put out a clean one.
