I get you Souffs fans are a little uneducated so I’ll explain slowly. We don’t control penalties received. They are the penalties other teams give away. Still following? We play the same teams. Understandable if this was the only year we got 30 penalties less but we have only once in the last 11 seasons received more penalties than the vermin. Way back in 2011. You still confused?
As for the the judiciary the only thing to say is Burgess on Moylan = fine. Case closed. You “won” in 2014 on the back of a record penalty haul.

You have only proven you're IQ is as high as the number of teeth in a Rooster.

Yes we play the same teams........There are also more than 1 referee.
According to you ALL referees are given instructions to give Souths an advantage.
Bit far fetched for mine.......I perhaps could consider if SAME referee did all Souths games.

What the penalties stats says to me .......is that in general teams give away penalties to Souths stop the forward momentum. Why this should be the case , I dunno , however I applaud the Souths overall discipline that must support the stats.

What it also says to me , is that the Roosters are a dirty cheating team that will do anything to get an advantage.......hence they are on the wrong side of the penalty count.

Get it dopey?

Now as for Burgess and Moylan. I believe the facts were that Sam was charged with Grade 2 and went in and pleaded guilty to careless tackle , however that it was Grade 1...........he was successful . He was also charged last year with Grade 2 for elbow to Morris throat when he had the ball , coming off his line.

Your man JWH , was only charged Grade 1 careless tackle , he won saying he was NOT guilty .......it was not a careless tackle, it was an ACCIDENT. wow

Also in same game , Boyd C , has the ball and elbow to throat of Reynolds , same as Sam's grade 2 last year. No penalty , NO charge .

Easier for me to believe that there is some "favouritism" in a couple of Review committee members than ALL the referees.

get it dopey , or to highbrow for you?

Souffs fan talking teeth and highbrow.
Our penalties conceded are on par with most teams so not really an anomaly. You brush over the reasons we receive less than most and are light light years from Souffs. We have been one of the most successful attacking teams in the last decade and still cannot attract penalties. Anyway we don’t need them to win premierships, Souffs do. That’s the difference.
Off to the game now. Hope its a cracker and may the best team win. Go the chooks. Us by 20

This is where we fell in a heap last year. When the refs let teams get away with murder in the ruck in finals time (for some reason, low penalty count = good finals match according to many), we had no answer, no plan B.

This year, well, this is what we're paying Wayne Bennett for. Interested to see if we've left anything up our sleeves for the finals.

What you mean is, they had no plan b when the refs stopped over policing the rucks which stopped the quick play the balls off the back of soft voluntary tackles

Correct.
I think it was Jake Friend that pointed out to the refs that they were diving to the turf to get quick plays.
Thankfully the refs started to call surrender.
