Every time a team gave away a relieving penalty the other side scored. The first four tries at least were off the back of penalties.
In terms of fatigue it was pretty brutal out there, both teams teams looked exhausted by the 70th minute. There weren’t many stoppages and both teams completed well and spent large periods just hanging on before momentum swings. The roosters missing a few and after a few big years just seem to running out of gas while still being good enough to win it. Had they won and got the week off I would just about back them to go on with it but now I just can’t see them getting through the next two weeks.
That's fair.
That game last night is where the Radley and Verrils injuries caught up to us IMO. Missing that youth in the middle.
It would be a monumental effort to make GF from here but I do think they will get through next week.
Of course if parra cause a boil over today things change drastically.
