Lots of ice packs in the Coqs sheds after the Panties softened them up last week.

Is Friend really a bonus back? Between his d/h forward passes and brain farts, he’s got at least 2 errors a game in him.

I’d like to see the Coqs go out in straight sets and I think the Raiderps can do it.

I’ll be taking Canberra +5 / Tedesco try.

Without Radley and Verrils available Jake is absolutely essential in the middle and the last 2 weeks proves that.

You're not wrong about the forward passes and brain explosions in attack but we have been dealing with that for 10 years and seem more capable of overcoming that than the lack of defence in the middle.

He seems to get away with those so I’m not too fussed In that regard.

Everyone's getting stuck in to the Roosters this week......we're gonna get so raped.

Both teams have busted a gut to get here, and both still in with a chance. I doubt they need any extra motivation. It is just media sensationalism.

Not too many guts busted at Bruce last weekend, this might stand the Stickys in good stead if they feel the need to make an effort.

Woken up very nervous. Today will be a very long day. Is it too early to make my way to the SCG yet?

Win or lose thank god we won’t be subjected to that cringeworthy Viking clap. Cringeworthy because they stole a countries signature celebration and made it their own. I’m not much for pc talk but is that not the finest example of cultural appropriation going around? Embarrassing!
I much prefer it when the authentic Vikings from Iceland do it, not the bogans from Canberra. Wtf is a raider anyway?

All that mooing and it didn’t even originate from Iceland.

It’s been good game day entertainment and the kids love it so if it has the added benefit of getting under other fans skin then all the better.

Not much original about the raiders. Club name is taken from an NFL club and your clap from Iceland.
Iceland made it famous and raiders pinched it from them. One things for sure it’s not from Canberra. I guess it explains the Raiders name.

What about the French nation stealing the red white and blue colours and the cockerel from the roosters?
Sacre bleu!!!

Sacre bleu!!!

The colours came from the rugby team and I'm not sure the French in any way inspired that.

The rooster came much later in the 60s and was almost certainly taken from them.
