The Game 2022 Crowd Watch

To be fair, with just shy of 40K members - a large proportion of whom have season tickets - we should be getting at least 20K with ring-ins (paying for their seats). 6pm Friday will make it hard to get to for many, and lose a few more with Demons v Pies across the road, but less than 14K should be disappointing.
People dont want to go watch sport at 6pm, our game is so fcking dumb!

Even the cheap seats can be expensive. While afl.

AFL continues its commitment to affordability by freezing general admission tickets at $27 Adult, $18 Concession and $5 child. Kids under 4yo continue to be free.

In a new initiative for 2022, a $50 family ticket has been introduced, which consists of 2 Adults and 2 Children, normally $64.

nrl really need to match that sort of price in the larger stadiums to ensure we aren’t pricing out families. And by larger stadiums I mean anything that takes 20k plus.

They do mostly. I got 4 tickets to Parra v Penrith for $50

Easfs at it again with their deserted blue abyss.

Lucky Souths are coming to save the SFS from being a total white elephant...at least we get 15,000 not 9,000

A seat on the dead ball line cost $81 for that game. Problem with the high cost is it makes it a once in a while treat rather than a regular fortnightly thing to do.

Ticket sales for GIO on saturday looking excellent ,

theres 10 tickets ( in total) left in the inner bowl on the sidelines , general admission south is sold out , there are still some tickets available in general admission north. Only the 4 bays right on the ends of the meninga & gregan larkham stands have tickets for sale with everything else either totally sold out or , a few single seats here & there

big , big crowd on its way

It is too flat down the bottom, I moved around few times there. The stairs are the killer up the top
managed to get a seat on second tier at front which was good view of the try area and not too bad a climb. Second half I went for a walk and watched the last 20mins stood on the terrace in the corner which was good as was cold by then and standing kept me warm, and was near the bar lol

The 6pm Friday slot is the official "we give up" slot surely? Imagine putting the Storm up against the Titans when the AFL is on 500m down the road.

2pm Saturday would be much better.
