Looking through that QLD team gave me a lot of confidence that we could get a win. Not a particularly strong side.

As a Knights fan I’m really happy for Best. He’s been fantastic this year despite being in a struggling team. Not sure how he will go though, he’s still got errors in his game, but still only 21. He may do better than expected. He plays for a club team that’s usually getting smashed in the forwards playing against momentum so I don’t think Origin will he as big of jump for him as it is for some players that go into a shite and poorly coached NSW team from their good club systems.

Definitely not a well-deserved selection for Jacob Saifiti though. Can only imagine he was picked because neither he or his brother have let NSW down before, but he’s been bloody ordinary for the Knights this year.

Walker is a weird choice for a dead rubber at his age. You would think we’d give Hynes a chance to show what he can do actually playing in the halves. Not 10 minutes at centre. Surely this is Freddy’s last season.
