Its never really been clear how its done. They were supposedly trying to put Kayo onto the Oztam panel early last year. I dont really know what happened with that.

They do, but they consider that information to be commercial in confidence. In other words ifd the true data is known it could affect advertisers and streaming rights.

Just coz I tell him I have no interest in any other sport and that my only love is RUGBY LEAGUE he goes on to say yeah it's illegal to like other sports ay? But I told him a million times I have no interest,all he ever comes up with is typical mungo bullshit. He says his cousin plays for the sharks and gives him heaps,if I was the cousin I would've thumped him by now ....So is it OK to put my name and my picture on his forum and talk shit about me all day to his followers? Is that even legal? He says he makes money from my comments and screenshots everything I say to him and posts it on his forum so all his wanker followers have a laugh. But one thing for sure he can't handle the truth when I tell him Rugby League is Australia’s most watched sport on TV and beats other codes for dead.... anyway let him have his rant and I'll continue giving it to him....

I suppose the streaming broadcasters are in a bind here. On the one hand they`d want to downplay the figures to keep rights value down but on the other hand wanting to brag about their reach to attract advertisers. There`s probably a balancing act in there trying to get the best of both worlds.
