About 6 million viewers a week. The number of unique viewers (those watching only 1 or 2 games out of the 8) would likely be around the 3 to 4 million mark.

Honestly, there’s just not much else in television programming that can match it. And not just that, but also repeat those numbers every week for 7 months.

And when we go to 9 games a week, it will be 6.5 to 7 million a week.

Actually Im a dumbass, if Annesley didnt mispeak then regionals as a percentage will be way down from the 56% they were at last year, while Metro rose 20%

Channel 9 is obviously done by oztam and is a % of viewers with survey boxes etc

Foxtel - is it actual viewers tuned into 502 ? Or same as channel 9 with survey boxes

Kayo - surely it's just pure streaming numbers that show exact minutes streamed per account ?

These are all done by OzTAM and RegTAM surveys and covered by vOZ.

Kayo - surely it's just pure streaming numbers that show exact minutes streamed per account ?

Its never really been clear how its done. They were supposedly trying to put Kayo onto the Oztam panel early last year. I dont really know what happened with that.

Speaking with the channel’s Kath Loughnan and Garry Lyon, Delany had news for marketers wanting to reach Foxtel’s big sport audience. He noted that 40% of Foxtel sport content consumption comes via Kayo and added. “We are hopeful that in March Kayo will go into the OzTAM ratings and we will see the total audience numbers.”

Not quite yet. they are doing Tenplay, Nine now and 7plus. I believe it covers Foxtel Go as well, but not Kayo

Friday nights game rated 8000, or 2 boxes watching. Now if it had been 4 boxes watching it would have been 16,000 viewers, 10 houses happened to be chosen who were nrl fans and were at 40k viewers! It’s by chance.
