there would be dud time slots too though, I doubt the 3pm Sat games for example breaks even.

That data they can potentially get a Sunday night game in its place, So it makes no sense to sit on the numbers

Wookie have you done any analysis on the ratings per game time slot? It’d be interesting to know over a season what the avg viewing was by time slot.
expansion should seee a 6pm sunday game added, be interesting to know how popular that time slot is for tv?

Solid ratings on 9 but check out Fox. Massive. And great ratings for the 6pm game. Wookies data will give much greater detail but the first two weeks up against the cricket have been pretty fantastic so far.

Phenomenal ratings and there seems to be a fist bit of positivity around the game. There doesn’t seem to have been as much negative stories in the pre season and around season launch.

Do ratings normally dip a bit when AFL starts? If not we look set to smash last year.

From memory the first week is usually very good but nothing like this time and we have to factor the cricket in these first two weeks.

My son went to a house-warming last night with a bunch of his fellow med students, he told me that the NRL was a hot topic. Now there`s a demographic we need more of.
BTW, every team should have a Reece Walsh, that kid cuts across all demographics - he`s publicity gold.
