With the run to the finals and no origin, ratings will now pick up to normal

wwc might hurt a little bit if any Aussie games clash with the nrl

afl will get smashed probably more than last year

Interesting that we know now that you can throw about another 100k on those Warriors`/Raiders` numbers from viewers in N.Z.

What's going on there? Are they afraid that if they released them and they were half way decent that then questions will be asked as to why the NRL aren't being paid by anyone to televise them?

I feel we have been dudded once again.

Falling outside the top 20 O/N on FTA and Fox and top 30 VOZ.

Which means they rated less than 177,000 in total audience on Nine (including regional and bvod) and less than 43,000 on Fox.

NRL went ...okayish for a poor match up & up against a lot of opposition
700K odd all up

outrated the cricket in Sydney & Brisbane

the WCC dropped hugely from the opening Aust game
1.240 mill for game one metro
down to 898K

the hype is starting to settle down now

pretty poor numbers for a World Cup

if australia don’t make It past the group stage the ratings will be awful
