Add gold to every team,.... much better than whiteSouths can wear a mostly red jersey if they chose to. Likewise Newcastle.
As has been said: most teams have an opportunity to have an alternate ('away') jersey that still utilises their core colours that doesn't have to be a mostly white kit.
Nah add blue. Blue is a massively under-utilised colour in the current NRL.Add gold to every team,.... much better than white
Sure, in many cases, it doesn't *necessarily* have to be a white kit - and with teams like the Eels (gold alternate), Storm (yellow alternate) or Cowboys (Grey OR yellow alternate) it can be done easily within existing team colours without having to resort to mainly-white.Souths can wear a mostly red jersey if they chose to. 100%. There are instances / clashes that can only be properly avoided by utilising a different colour (white, black, ect).Sure, in many cases, it doesn't *necessarily* have to be a white kit - and with teams like the Eels (gold alternate), Storm (yellow alternate) or Cowboys (Grey OR yellow alternate) it can be done easily within existing team colours without having to resort to mainly-white.
However, for some clubs both main colours have issues where an alternate using "the other colour" is problematic - for instance Souths wearing a mainly red kit against the Raiders doesn't do any good for those with red-green colour-blindness - and it's better for Souths or the Raiders (whichever is away) to switch to a black or white alternate.
There's a good reason for Storm to not wear yellow. Canberra Raiders one too works, but Canterbury is a blue away, white homeWhite as an alternative works for some teams, such as Manly. Canterbury but the other clubs should be using a non-white as an alternative. NRL needs to enforce clubs using their colours, properly
I’ve always loved that jersey. Gorgeous. There's a good reason for Storm to not wear yellow. This is it . . .

Hideous looking thing.
Souths do clash with another team though"Why don't teams wear their main colours all the time?!?!"
Nek minit
"Souths don't clash with anyone but they should have a completely contrasting jersey for away games!!!!"
