This Joel Reddy fella is quietly having a solid series. Always seems to make a nuisance of himself when we are going through their tail.

Do we not have a decent leggie or another option for 2nd change bowling?
I've said it before and I'll say it again...

Wrist spinners (both right and left arm) who can at least get good drift and turn on their stock leg break delivery have that natural variation that off-spinners such as Lyon don't.

Unfortunately, most coaches/selectors/captains at all levels in Australia (e.g. national, state, grade cricket and high school) have had a negative attitude towards wrist-spin bowling since Warne retired. Towards the end of his life, Terry Jenner - Warne's coach - received a lot of complaints from parents of leggies that are high school/university age revolving around stereotypes in their child's cricket team such as leggies are too risky to bowl in a game. Furthermore, whenever they do get selected and get a bowl in a match, more often than not the leg-spinner is confined to a containment role (stopping the runs instead of taking wickets) and are given a bowl by the captain just to give the fast bowlers a rest.
