With MMarsh in we could have afforded to bowl Cummins in short spells.

Rod Marsh has been on the sauce with Dougie.

A couple of iffy moments but at least someone's told these muppets that it's perfecly acceptable to be 0/9 after 7 overs in test match cricket....

Starting to look comfortable now.
To be fair to Cook though how was he to know our batsmen weren't going to act like Lemmings.

Warne venting his anger again at the selectors.

And once again towing Ian Chappell's ideology: not only not a fan of coaches, but also the coach shouldn't be a selector of the side. And having another dig at John Buchanan.

However, good to see that despite being a Victorian, he doesn't see Siddle as being a part of the future of the side, and that Cummins should've played

Well played 50 run opening stand. Gotta build on this now.
No excuses for the middle order when it's there turn.

Warney would have to be feeling a touch thirsty after that rant. Didn't hold back.

Where was this approach the last two games??? Bit late now.

That's right.

Looks like the Aussies suffered from Saturday Night Disco fever with their T20 shot selection during the 1st innings of the 3rd and 4th tests. Australia could've done with Warner's composure in those tests that he has currently showed so far in this innings

Wish Warner would piss that half pull scoop shot away. It has cost him time and time again the last couple of years.

the siddle decision - maybe a farewell test?

that's the only excuse.

otherwise, and i hate to agree with warne, it's a monumental f**kup.

15 runs from 15 overs (or whatever it was earlier) in the last test, with England missing Anderson, would have been a brilliant start.
