or the Broncs perspective

Broncos poach Barba as he wasn't happy @ Dogs = good
Broncos make every effort to poach Milford as he wasn't happy @ Raiders & even explore the idea of sitting out a season ala Tallis = good
Broncos refuse to allow Hoffman to leave as he's not happy @ broncs = good

Broncos 'making every effort to poach milford' is all bs as far as anyone knows. They singed him when he was off contract. Whether he sits out 14 or not has nothing to do with Brisbane, it is up to Milf and the Raiders and that clause in the contract.

I wasn't aware Hoffman had even asked for a release as yet. For what its worth, if he wants to go that bad they should let him, and may well still do so. It's still all spec at this stage afaik.

Are you that naive/stupid to think Brisbane made no efforts to get him a year earlier than they could? FMD

As TT pointed out, he is not off contract. I can understand wanting/trying to defend your club, but this is ridiculous. Typical bronco 'holier than thou' attitude.

If he has to sit out a season, the Bonzos can pay him $300k per year to work one day a month in the bistro.......like they did with player's wives for many years.

Since that loophole was closed, they have been a very average club. Funny that!

Logic according to Ricky Stuart and Raiders fans..
Milford using family reasons to break contract bad...

Stuart using family reasons as an excuse to break contract Good!

Some Broncos fans are really struggling to process this....

Ricky Stuart was entitled to activate his clause, Milford was not.

If you've paid attention you'll notice his manager stopped banging on about the clause about 2 months ago. Before that, it was every second word out of his mouth.

If Milford's manager can grasp this then maybe Brisbane supporters should work on it.

brisbane should just give canberra hoffman and we'll take milford early. neither player seems to want to be at their contracted clubs and hoffman seems to be trying to imitate dugans social media attacks on the broncos (waiting for the couch on the roof trick).

regardless of which club is "stealing" which player it is a sad state of affairs when players seem to be deliberately trying to get themselves sacked like dugan, and i reckon hoffmans doing the same thing just not as overtly

If he's acting like Dugan, we don't want him.

The clause in MILF's contract hasn't been tested in court, so how would you know what it entitles him to do?

So why has his manager given up on that avenue? Why hasn't it been activated already?

From his managers own mouth, he has stated that the clause relates to Halo Milford's declining health.

From Anthony Milford's own mouth, his father's recovery has been better than expected.

It doesn't take a Lawyer to work out why they've given up on it.

Lmao if the clause was in his favour he'd be off to Brisbane. Use your brain mate

Look morons, there are all sorts of reasons why someone wouldn't challenge a matter in court.

Maybe he doesn't want to risk losing? Maybe he cant be effed? Maybe he hasn't made his mind up yet?

Until it is tested in court, you dumb f**ks don't know anything. Situation normal for most of you.

I don't know.

Neither do you.

I just hope for Queensland sake that Broncos fans are either unusually dumb by Queensland standards or are just feigning dumbness in this thread.
